Oral Presentation

Your paper has been accepted for an oral presentation at ESREF 2026 in Vienna. Please find below the guidelines for preparing your slide presentation.

• Slide Upload:
  The upload of presentation files will be handled via EasyChair. The slides must be uploaded until August 30th, 2026.

• Presentation Timing:
  Each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes, including 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

• File Format:
  Supported formats: PPT, PPTX, and PDF.

• Preferred Slide Format:
  16:9 aspect ratio.

• Template:
  A PowerPoint presentation template is available here. We strongly recommend using this template to ensure a consistent appearance at the conference. All authors are asked to embed all fonts in their presentation file before uploading.
