Conference Registration for Authors/Attendees
Participants are invited to register for ESREF 2026. The applicable registration fee depends on the participant category and the registration period. All fees are listed in Euros and cover access to the scientific program and conference materials, as well as coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and social evening events.
Please note that each accepted oral or poster presentation requires at least one full conference registration (Regular or Student). In addition, each accepted contribution must be presented in person by a registered author at the conference. Otherwise, the contribution will not be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings or in the ESREF 2026 Special Issue of the Microelectronics Engineering (MEE) Journal.

Photographs and video recordings will be taken during this event. By attending, you consent to their use and publication for event documentation and public relations purposes.
Cancellation Terms: Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to the Conference Organizer (esref@tuwien.ac.at). For cancellations received up to September 6, 2026, the amount paid will be refunded, less 30% for administrative costs. After September 6, 2026, cancellations are no longer possible and no refunds will be granted.
