Poster Presentation

Your paper has been accepted for a poster presentation at ESREF 2026 in Vienna. Please find below the guidelines for preparing your poster.

• Poster Size:
  Posters should be prepared in DIN A0 format (approximately 119 cm × 84 cm) in portrait orientation.

• Title and Formatting:
  The poster title should be displayed in large, clearly readable lettering, with a minimum height of 5 cm. Authors are also asked to ensure that all figures, images, and graphics are of high resolution to guarantee good readability when printed at A0 size.

• Content Recommendations:
  Provide a clear introduction and a concise summary or conclusion.
  Use bullet points, charts, equations, photographs, figures, and tables to effectively highlight the key technical contributions of your work.

• Poster Template:
  A PowerPoint poster template is available here. We kindly request that all authors use this template to ensure a consistent and professional visual appearance throughout the conference.
