Poster Presentation

Your paper has been accepted for a poster presentation at ESREF 2026 in Vienna. Please find below the guidelines for preparing your poster.

Poster Size:
Posters should be prepared in DIN A0 format (approximately 119 cm × 84 cm) in portrait orientation.
Title and Formatting:
The poster title should be displayed in large, clearly readable lettering, with a minimum height of 5 cm. Authors are also asked to ensure that all figures, images, and graphics are of high resolution to guarantee good readability when printed at A0 size.
Content Recommendations:
- Provide a clear introduction and a concise summary or conclusion.
- Use bullet points, charts, equations, photographs, figures, and tables to effectively highlight the key technical contributions of your work.
Poster Template:
A PowerPoint poster template will be made available soon on the ESREF 2026 webpage. We kindly request that all authors use this template to ensure a consistent and professional visual appearance throughout the conference.
Conference Branding:
Please include the ESREF 2026 logo at the top of your poster. The logo will also be provided on the conference webpage.
Additional Material:
It may be helpful to bring a few printed copies of your full paper submitted to ESREF for interested attendees.
