Oral Presentation

Your paper has been accepted for an oral presentation at ESREF 2026 in Vienna. Please find below the guidelines for preparing your slide presentation.

• Slide Upload:
  The upload of presentation files will be handled via EasyChair. The upload link will become available to authors after the acceptance notification has been sent.
  More detailed instructions regarding slide preparation, file formats, and submission deadlines will be communicated directly to authors and will also be available on the ESREF 2026 webpage.

• Presentation Timing:
  Each oral presentation slot is 20 minutes, including 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

• File Format:
  Supported formats: PPT, PPTX, and PDF.

• Preferred Slide Format:
  16:9 aspect ratio.

• Template:
  A PowerPoint presentation template will be provided soon on the ESREF 2026 webpage. We strongly recommend using this template to ensure a consistent appearance at the conference. All authors are asked to embed all fonts in their presentation file before uploading.
