The 2026 edition of the European Symposium on Reliability of Electron Devices, Failure Physics and Analysis (ESREF) will take place at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (ETIT) at TU Wien, located at Gußhausstraße 27-29, 1040 Vienna, Austria.

The ETIT faculty building offers modern lecture halls, seminar rooms, and technical facilities ideally suited for hosting an international conference. Its central location in Vienna ensures excellent public transport connections and close proximity to hotels, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it convenient for participants from around the world.

HOW TO REACH THE VENUE

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (ETIT) is located in the very heart of Vienna and can be easily reached:

By plane: Vienna International Airport is situated 20 kilometers southeast of the city center. There is a shuttle bus and a train connection to the city.
By public transport: The easiest way is to take the metro lines U1, U2 or U4 to Karlsplatz or line U1 to Taubstummengasse. You can check connections on the Vienna public transport website.
By bike: Vienna has an extensive network of bike lanes, and the TU Wien ETIT building is easily accessible by bicycle. Ample bike racks and secure locking stations are available directly in front of the venue.
By car: Expressways from the west (A1), southeast (A2), and north (A22) lead directly to Vienna. Nearby 24-hour public parking garages include the Karlsplatz Garage (Mattiellistraße 2–4, 1040 Vienna) and the TU Wien Garage (Operngasse 13, 1040 Vienna).
