Conference Registration for Authors/Attendees
Participants are invited to register for ESREF 2026. The applicable registration fee depends on the participant category and the registration period. All fees are listed in Euros and cover access to the scientific program and conference materials, as well as coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and social evening events.
Please note that each accepted oral or poster presentation requires at least one full conference registration (Regular or Student). In addition, each accepted contribution must be presented in person by a registered author at the conference. Otherwise, the contribution will not be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings or in the ESREF 2026 Special Issue of the Microelectronics Engineering (MEE) Journal.
