ESREF 2026 Program Overview

The ESREF 2026 program will comprise keynote speeches, tutorials, and short courses. It is our pleasure to welcome internationally renowned experts who will share their extensive experience and expertise in the field of electronic reliability and failure physics.

Keynote speeches will address grand challenges and future research directions.
Tutorials will provide structured, educational content for students and researchers seeking to strengthen their foundational knowledge, while remaining relevant to experienced professionals.
Short courses will offer comprehensive overviews of major research areas, presenting state-of-the-art concepts, methodologies, and applications.

Detailed topics will be announced on a rolling basis as speakers are confirmed, and the program will be updated accordingly.

The preliminary conference schedule will be published following the paper selection meeting, scheduled for the second half of May 2026.
